Responsibilities:
• Assist in cost estimation and future tender exercise.
• Assist prepare and analyze the cost comparison together with Senior QS.
• Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Prepare and administer tender documents and doing costing summary and price comparison.
• Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
• Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
• Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Perform all other QS-related jobs.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in main construction companies.
• Experience in HDB contracts an advantage.
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
Responsibilities:
• Handle distribution of all incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mails, faxes, couriers
• Perform reception duties, customer-interfacing, attending to visitors & informing the relevant staff of their visitors’ arrivals, respond and handle all enquiries at the reception professionally
• Perform office administration duties including office equipment maintenance, procurement of office supplies
• Perform housekeeping for reception area and meeting rooms
• Assist the site team in other admin duties
• Coordinate meeting rooms bookings and update phone listings as and when necessary
• Coordinate adhoc projects and assignments
• Assist with data entry, documentation and filing work
• Any other administrative duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
• Min GCE “N” / “O’ level or equivalent
• Min 1 year of work experience in site admin duties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skill
• Pleasant personality and able to multi-task
Responsibilities:
– Reporting to the Project Manager, plan and advise management on accident prevention, safe work methods, legal requirements affecting safety and health.
– Conduct safety committee meetings and safety audits.
– Establish quality safety management policies and procedures.
– To investigate accidents if any, identify causes and take necessary actions to prevent similar accidents in future.
– Supervise workers in providing Environmental measures and Conducts job hazard analysis to determine safe working practices and engineering controls.
– Supervisor and coordinate and advise various project team members on environmental requirements for Earth Spillages, water pollution, noise pollution, proper waste management and disposal and prevention of silt build up, mosquito and pest control etc.
– Lead daily Toolbox meeting, safety meetings, safety inspections, safety training and all other initiatives or activities to maintain a high level of safety at worksite so to prevent workplace accidents.
– Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates, and reports in accordance with WSH legislation.
– Perform any other duties as assigned by Project Manager / Superior.
Requirements:
– A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
– Must be a MOM registered as a WSHO
– Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.
– Good communication skills
– Min 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry, preferably in HDB Project
– With FSM certificate &/or HDB Project experience will be an advantage
– Must have professional knowledge in law and regulations of Environment Acts
– Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
