Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager with on- and off-site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
Responsible for submission of Structures and Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO
Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
Requirements:
Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Min 2 year relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry under HDB Project
Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of M&E works to meet the project schesdule according to site request.
Ensure all the M&E installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented on site and works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
Arrange and attend site inspection with Resident Engineer (RE) / Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
Liaise and Coordinate closely with Site Project Managers and representatives
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
Min 3 years’ relevant experience in (HDB) Building Construction Industry
HDB Project experience will be an advantage
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Responsibilities:
Assist in cost estimation and future tender exercise.
Assist prepare and analyze the cost comparison together with Senior QS.
Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Obtaining quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
Prepare and administer tender documents and doing costing summary and price comparison.
Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts.
Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
Perform all other QS-related jobs.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in main construction companies
Experience in HDB contracts an advantage
Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
Assist project engineer carry out supervisory roles on the day to day operation on the site
Supervise the sub-contractors work progress on site according to the work schedule
Checking on the quality of material to ensuring of workmanship to achieve the target of schedules.
Lead a team of inspectors and to handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.
Assist project engineer coordinate and oversee all the structural / architectural works on site
Assist engineer monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
In-change and supervise a team of the migrant worker daily operation work
Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices
Requirements:
Candidates must process at least Diploma / Degree / Junior College
Candidate must have BCSS certificate
Min 5 year relevant experience in Construction industry
Familiar with local standards, project implementation and building codes.
Able to start work within short notice.
